מעורב ירושלמי (meorav.com) הוא פרויקט אישי, ללא מטרות רווח ולא מסחרי, במימון עצמי, שמופעל על ידי עמרי ישעיה. השימוש באתר, ב-API ובשרת ה-MCP (יחד: "השירות") כפוף לתנאים האלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות. השירות ניתן בחינם.
שימוש דרך MCP ו-API
- שרת ה-MCP וה-API מספקים כלים לקריאת מידע בלבד, בלי הרשמה ובלי הזדהות.
- שירות ה-AI שלכם (ChatGPT, Claude וכו') מחליט מתי לקרוא לכלים ואיך להציג את התוצאות. התשובה שהוא כותב היא שלו: בדקו אותה מול הקישורים למקור שמגיעים עם כל תוצאה.
- השימוש בשירות ה-AI כפוף לתנאים של אותו שירות.
- יש מגבלות קצב לבקשות. אפשר לשנות, להוסיף או להסיר כלים בכל עת.
מה השירות ומה הוא לא
- השירות מנגיש מידע ציבורי על פעילות הכנסת: פרוטוקולים של ועדות ומליאה, הצעות חוק, הצבעות ופרטי חברי כנסת.
- השירות לא קשור לכנסת, לממשלה, לאף מפלגה או מועמד, ולא מייצג אותם. הוא לא תעמולת בחירות ולא ממליץ למי להצביע.
- המידע אינו ייעוץ משפטי או ייעוץ מכל סוג. תוצאות המשחק "היכרות" הן המחשה בלבד, על בסיס נושאים שחולצו אוטומטית, ולא המלצה.
- האתר נועד לעבד מידע מהכנסת, ולכן לא מייצג כראוי מועמדים שלא כיהנו באף כנסת. בנוסף, רק הפרוטוקולים של הכנסות ה-24 וה-25 עובדו ומוצגים באתר.
מקורות המידע וזכויות
- המידע מגיע מאתר הכנסת וממאגר המידע הפתוח שלה (OData), וגם מפרויקט "כנסת פתוחה" (oknesset.org) של הסדנא לידע ציבורי. הפרטים האישיים של חברי הכנסת בעמודי הפרופיל נלקחו מאתר הכנסת.
- אין זכות יוצרים בחוקים ובדברי הכנסת (סעיף 6 לחוק זכות יוצרים, תשס"ח-2007), והם נחלת הכלל.
- העותקים באתר עלולים להיות חלקיים או לא מעודכנים. כשיש סתירה, הפרסומים הרשמיים של הכנסת ושל מדינת ישראל הם הקובעים.
- תצלומי חברי הכנסת: צילום: אתר הכנסת. הם מוצגים לפי רישיון התצלומים של הכנסת: לא לשימוש מסחרי, לא לתעמולה פוליטית, ובלי שינוי מעבר להתאמות טכניות. מי שמשתמש בהם מחוץ לאתר כפוף לתנאי השימוש של אתר הכנסת. התצלומים מוצגים לזיהוי בלבד ובאופן זהה לכל המפלגות, ויוסרו מיד לבקשת הכנסת או המצולם.
- אתר הכנסת לא מציין את שמות הצלמים של התצלומים שמוצגים באתר הזה. אם צילמתם תמונה שמופיעה כאן ואתם רוצים קרדיט או הסרה, כתבו ל-[email protected].
- סמלי המפלגות שייכים למפלגות ולרשימות עצמן, ומשמשים כאן רק לזיהוי הרשימה. כולם נלקחו מוויקישיתוף (Wikimedia Commons), רק כאלה שמפורסמים שם ברישיון חופשי:
- לרשימות שאין להן סמל ברישיון חופשי מוצג פתק הצבעה שהאתר מצייר בעצמו, לפי האותיות והשם שפרסמה ועדת הבחירות המרכזית. רשימות המועמדים נלקחו מאתר ועדת הבחירות המרכזית (gov.il).
- בעלי זכויות שרוצים להסיר או לתקן קרדיט מוזמנים לשלוח לי הודעה ל-[email protected].
- מותר לצטט ולשתף תוכן שנוצר באתר (כמו סיכומים וקישורים), עם ציון "מעורב ירושלמי" וקישור למקור.
תוכן שנכתב על ידי AI
נושאי הדיונים, העמדות והנושאים המרכזיים של חברי הכנסת נכתבו על ידי מודל שפה (Gemini) ועלולים לכלול טעויות, כולל ייחוס שגוי. כל עמדה מוצגת לצד ציטוט מהפרוטוקול שנבדק אוטומטית מול הטקסט; ציטוט שלא נמצא מסומן כלא אמין. לפני שמסתמכים על עמדה, קראו את הציטוט ואת המקור.
שימוש מותר
אסור לפגוע בשירות או לנסות לעקוף את מגבלות הקצב או את האבטחה שלו, להעמיס עליו בכוונה, או להשתמש בו כדי לסלף ציטוטים או לייחס לאנשים דברים שלא אמרו. אני רשאי לחסום גישה במקרה של שימוש כזה.
שירותים של צד שלישי
הצ'אט שלנו באתר עובד עם מפתח Gemini API שלכם, והשימוש בו כפוף לתנאים ולחיוב של Google. קישורים לאתרים חיצוניים, כולל אתר הכנסת, ניתנים לנוחות בלבד.
אחריות
השירות ניתן כמו שהוא (AS IS), בלי התחייבות לזמינות, לשלמות או לדיוק של המידע. ככל שהדין מאפשר, לא אהיה אחראי לנזק ישיר או עקיף מהשימוש בשירות או מהסתמכות עליו. השירות יכול להשתנות או להיפסק בכל עת.

Meorav Yerushalmi (meorav.com) is a personal, non-profit, non-commercial and self-funded project operated by Omri Yeshaya. Use of the website, the API and the MCP server (together, "the service") is subject to these terms and to the privacy policy. The service is free.
Use through MCP and the API
- The MCP server and the API provide read-only tools, with no sign-up and no authentication.
- Your AI service (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) decides when to call the tools and how to present their results. The answer it writes is its own: check it against the source links that come with every result.
- Your use of the AI service is governed by that service's terms.
- Requests are rate limited. Tools may be changed, added or removed at any time.
What the service is and is not
- The service makes public information about the Israeli Knesset accessible: committee and plenum protocols, bills, votes and Knesset member details.
- The service is not affiliated with or representing the Knesset, the government, or any party or candidate. It is not election propaganda and does not recommend how to vote.
- Nothing here is legal or any other kind of advice. Results of the "היכרות" game are illustrative only, based on automatically extracted themes, and are not a recommendation.
- This site is meant to process Knesset data, and so does not properly represent candidates who were not members of any Knesset. Also note that only the protocols of the 24th and 25th Knessets have been processed and are presented on this site.
Data sources and rights
- Data comes from the Knesset website and its open data service (OData), and from the Open Knesset project (oknesset.org) by the Public Knowledge Workshop (Hasadna). Personal details of Knesset members on profile pages come from the Knesset website.
- Laws and Knesset records are not subject to copyright (Israeli Copyright Act, 2007, section 6) and are in the public domain.
- Copies on this site may be partial or outdated. Where they conflict, the official publications of the Knesset and the State of Israel prevail.
- Knesset member photos: photo credit: the Knesset website. They are shown under the Knesset's photo license: no commercial use, no political propaganda, and no changes beyond technical adjustments. Anyone using them outside this site is subject to the Knesset website's terms of use. Photos are shown for identification only, the same way for every party, and will be removed promptly at the request of the Knesset or the person shown.
- The Knesset site doesn't name the photographers of the photos shown on this site. If you took a photo shown here and want credit or its removal, write to [email protected].
- Party logos belong to the parties and lists themselves and are shown only to identify the list. All come from Wikimedia Commons, only files published there under a free license:

Meeting topics, opinions and Knesset members' main themes were written by a language model (Gemini) and may contain errors, including wrong attribution. Every opinion is shown with a protocol quote that was checked automatically against the text; a quote that was not found is marked unreliable. Read the quote and the source before relying on an opinion.
Acceptable use
Do not harm the service, attempt to bypass its rate limits or security, deliberately overload it, or use it to distort quotes or attribute to people things they did not say. I may block access in such cases.
Third-party services
The in-site chat runs on your own Gemini API key, and its use is subject to Google's terms and billing. Links to external sites, including the Knesset website, are provided for convenience only.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", without any commitment to availability, completeness or accuracy of the information. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct or indirect damage from using or relying on the service. The service may change or stop at any time.
Governing law
